目的调研在医院信息系统下建立临床听力诊断系统基本功能需求,分析作为医院子系统与医院信息系统集成建设存在的问题并确立要实现的目标。方法通过对临床听力诊断业务的整体评价和分析,确定与医院信息系统集成的标准与方法;通过文献查询和专家咨询了解系统研发现状及研发经验、工作流程,同时采集信息化建设所需的各种信息和数据资料。结果临床听力医学中心业务现状及目前面临的主要问题包括:耳聋患者基本信息不能与HIS系统共享;听力学资料手工绘制并以纸质方式保存,数据资料不能实时调阅、录入及综合分析;目前约有十余种不同类型的听力设备需要入网,系统将采用C/S(Client/Server)和B/S(Browser/Server)协同工作的结构设计。需求内容主要包括:听力设备入网软硬件配置现状与需求、安全性需求、听力报告单数据管理模块功能需求,数据输出格式需求、测试结果统计分析需求等。结论研发MCCAIS是提高临床听力医学中心工作效率与质量、促进科研与教学发展的需要。通过需求分析确定了信息系统研发的方向,可从根本上保证工作的进度和质量,是有序建设信息化系统的重要措施,也是购买、测试、实施、验收研发软件的重要依据。

Objective To analyze the requirements of medical center of clinical audiology information system(MCCAIS) based on the hospital information system(HIS) and,establish the protocols in order to understand the problems and targets for which the MCCAIS is to solve.Methods The requirements analysis involve clinical audiology technicians frequent communicated with otolaryngology specialists ,the project managers and hospital software engineers to familiar the facilities and to determine specific feature expectations.These features and details should be directed towards ensuring that the MCCAIS conforms to expectative needs.Results The main problems and requirements include that patients’ information could not be shared with HIS,existing manual processes urgent to record and analyze automatically,and total 10 different equipment pursue to connect with HIS.Managements of hardware and software,system security,test report style,data input and output format,data manage and analysis,all of these aspects need to be improved and standardized.Conclusion Requirements analysis is the process of determining what are clinical audiology center’s expectations for existing net service.These requirements must be quantifiable,relevant and realizable.Requirements analysis is an important aspect of informationization of clinical audiology center and hospital.
