虚拟现实技术在前庭康复训练中的应用进展

摘要:

20世纪40年代前庭医学研究者开发了前庭康复训练,对患有脑损伤和头晕/眩晕的患者进行康复治疗。训练方法是通过眼球运动、头部运动及躯体运动刺激前庭系统进行康复,但这一方法缺少凝视稳定和个体化训练,病人的依从性较差。之后很多学者开始研究个体化前庭训练方案,包括凝视稳定性训练、习服训练以及平衡和步态训练等,但依从性差的问题仍未解决。近年来,虚拟现实技术作为一种新兴技术,凭借其独特的优势和特点,已经应用于前庭康复治疗领域。本文从虚拟现实辅助下前庭康复训练的概念、原理、分类、在康复治疗中的应用及优缺点几方面进行论述,以期为相关研究者提供参考。

Abstract:

In the 1940s, vestibular medicine researchers developed vestibular rehabilitation training to treat patients with brain injury and dizziness. The training method involved stimulating the vestibular system through eye movements, head movements and body movements to achieve rehabilitation goals. However, this method lacks gaze stability training and individualization, with poor patient compliance. In the following years, a number of scholars began to study individualized vestibular training programs, incorporating gaze stability training, acclimatization training, balance and gait training, although these still leave the problem of poor compliance unsolved. With rapid development of science and technology in recent years, virtual reality technology has been widely used in the field of rehabilitation therapy with unique advantages and characteristics. This paper discusses the concept, principle, classification, application, advantages and disadvantages of virtual reality-assisted vestibular rehabilitation training, in order to provide reference for relevant researchers.
