<正>【简要病史】患者罗女士,18岁,未婚。因"左耳听力下降四年余,耳痛、流脓伴面瘫两月"入院。患者4年前无明显诱因下出现左耳听力下降并逐渐加重,不伴耳鸣、头痛、头晕,未予治疗。2月前出现左耳疼痛伴流脓,当地医院按"中耳炎"给予抗生素口服、输液及外耳道滴药等治疗,左耳流脓好转,但出现口眼歪斜,为进一步治疗,遂来我院,门诊以"颞骨占位,周围性面
