<正>儿童分泌性中耳炎(secretory otitis media,SOM)是以中耳积液、听力下降为主要特征的中耳非化脓性疾病[1],患病高峰为25岁[2]。文献报告:10岁以下的儿童约80%左右至少患过一次SOM[2],然而非常遗憾的事实却是:如此高发的疾病其发病机制至今仍未完全阐明,目前观点认为:SOM的发生与呼吸道感染、咽鼓管功能障碍、变应性反应等有关。1探究儿童分泌性中耳炎病因的必要性研究儿童SOM病因的必要性不仅是因为其对儿童听力系统影响,更重要的是为及时有效的治疗提供必要的理论依据。首先儿童SOM不能得到及时诊治的主要原因与患儿很难用准确的语言描述出耳部的感受有关,以至于持续的SOM对学龄前及学龄儿童听力造成不可逆的损伤。除此之外Boundewyns[3]通过对152名新生儿听力检查的研究发现:SOM是造
