突发性聋（sudden sensorineural hearing loss,SSNHL）是耳鼻喉科常见急症，定义为72 h内突发且连续两个频率≥20 dB HL的感音性听力损失。老年SSNHL是其中特殊的一类群体，多具有基础疾病、代谢速度慢、用药禁忌多等特点，为临床诊治和预后判断带来了巨大挑战。本文通过系统梳理近年来国内外老年SSNHL的相关研究进展，从年龄界限、病因及发病机制、临床表现、干预措施及预后影响因素5个方面对老年SSNHL进行综合述评，以期为临床诊疗实践提供伦理依据和参考。
Abstract：Sudden sensorineural hearing loss(SSNHL) is a common otolaryngology emergency, defined as two consecutive episodes of sensorineural hearing loss≥20 dB HL within 72 h. Sudden sensorineural hearing loss in the elderly is unique in that most of these patients are characterized by multiple underlying diseases, slow metabolic rate, and often drug contraindications, which brings great challenges for clinical management and outcome prognosis. This article will summarize the age category, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, intervention measures and prognostic factors of sudden sensorineural hearing loss in the elderly to provide some guidance for clinical practice.
