听力损失严重影响社交能力。对听障人群早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗和康复就显得格外重要。目前,新生儿听力筛查技术已经不断完善,对听障儿童的早期发现和早期诊断已经取得显著成就,但是对重度和极重度耳聋患儿的早期治疗即人工耳蜗植入及康复却任重而道远。如何更好地提高人工耳蜗植入患儿的听觉言语康复疗效成为重中之重。本文就人工耳蜗植入患儿听觉言语康复方法、康复疗效评估方法、影响因素及目前存在问题和展望作出如下综述。
Abstract：Hearing loss has significant impact on patients' social communications.Early detection,diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation are therefore particularly important.At present,the improved newborn hearing screening technology has led to remarkable progress in early detection and diagnosis of hearing impairment in children.However,there is a long way to go regarding early management of the severely hearing impaired children who underwent cochlear implantation and post-operative rehabilitation.Improvement of hearing and speech rehabilitation outcomes is critical and challenging in this group of patients after cochlear implantation.In this article,the hearing and speech rehabilitation methods for children patients who underwent cochlear implantation,evaluation methods of outcomes,influence factors,problems currently present,and prospects in the field are reviewed.
