老年性聋的发生机制及干预研究进展

摘要:

随着社会医疗技术的进步与人均寿命的延长,人口老龄化问题日益凸显,在此背景下,老年性聋(又称年龄相关性听力损失)已成为严重影响老年人生活质量的社会问题。其发病是多种因素共同作用的结果。为深入探究老年性聋的发生机制和干预措施,本文主要从个体老化的相关机制、老年性聋的发病机制,以及当前的治疗进展三个方面进行分析。

Abstract:

Objective With the development of the society, medicine and technology and prolongation of life expectancy, the problems associated with aging have become increasingly prominent. Hearing loss has emerged as a social issue that can seriously affects the quality of life in the elderly. Presbycusis, also known as age-related hearing loss, results from the combined action of multiple factors. To gain insights on pathogenesis and intervention measures of presbycusis, this article reviews related research from the following aspects: relevant mechanisms of aging, pathogenesis of presbycusis, and its treatment of presbycusis, by summarizing recent research findings.
