贝尔面瘫为不明原因的、72小时内发生的急性单侧面神经麻痹,是周围性面瘫最常见的。尽管贝尔面瘫是自限性疾病,但仍有部分患者面神经功能不能完全恢复、面临着巨大的社会和心理压力,严重影响生活质量。本文结合目前国内外诊治现状,针对贝尔面瘫的诊断、面神经功能评估、激素和抗病毒药物治疗、面神经减压手术适应证的选择等国内外研究进展进行综述,为贝尔面瘫的规范诊疗提供依据,从而进一步提高贝尔面瘫的治愈率。
Abstract:Bell's palsy is an idiopathic, acute and unilateral peripheral facial nerve palsy that occurs within 72 hours. It is the most common cause of peripheral facial palsy. Although Bell's palsy is a self-limited disease, in some patients facial nerve function does recover, leaving with the patient huge social and psychological burdens and seriously affecting the patient's quality of life. Therefore, it is of great significance to further improve outcomes in Bell's palsy.Based on information regarding its diagnosis and treatment both in China and overseas, this paper reviewed and summarized facial paralysis diagnosis, nerve function evaluation, glucocorticoid and antiviral treatment, indications for facial nerve decompression surgery and progress in relevant research, to provide the basis for improving the diagnosis and treatment, as well as outcomes, of Bell's palsy.
